All databases in our systems are protected and retrieval of data is consistent with original input. We also have strict checks in place to prevent accidental or unauthorised alteration or deletion of data.

Dual firewalls are used to prevent unauthorised access, backed up by stringent security policies to safeguard users’ access controls. There are also physical security safeguards in the data centre which houses our servers, and the data centre has been audited to the required standards of the Infocommunication Development Authority (IDA) of Singapore. Regular routine backup of data and intrusion detection are carried out as further safeguards.
