Independent organisations dedicated to working with investors, shareholders, companies
and regulators are advocating that Issuers should vote all resolutions by poll at
every shareholder meeting, including routine ones to encourage transparency and
good corporate governance. Their views are increasingly being heard.To-date many
companies have shied away from subjecting their resolutions to voting by poll as
the manual process at AGMs/EGMs takes too long. We hope to change all that. TrustPoll
is an end-to-end process which integrates registration/attendance of shareholders
to the voting process and report generation of voting results. It has been developed
